PANDA Services

Advocacy: The PANDA Project seeks to empower, protect, and advocate on behalf of people living with dementia (PWD), older adults with Intellectual Development Disability (IDD) and their Caregivers.

Case Management / Person-Centered Care Plans utilize a person-centered approach to provide supportive services to individuals living with Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementias (ADRD), older adults who have Intellectual or Development Disabilities (IDD) with a high risk of developing dementia, and their Caregivers

Home Modifications help individuals to age in place providing them small modifications for accessibility. Some of the modifications are wheelchair ramps, installation of safety grab bars, door widening, bathroom modifications, safety sensor-night lights and rubber door thresholds.

Legal Assistance is available with non-criminal matters such as wills, powers of attorney, advance directives, entitlement programs, housing, debt collection, exploitation, consumer issues, and defense of guardianship.

Remote Monitoring Technology: CarePredict, designed exclusively for seniors, is a wearable device that combines technology, smart indoor location tracking, deep machine learning and sophisticated predictive analytics. This device can monitor the wearer’s sleep, eating and other habits.

  • Emergency Response Systems deliver dependable 24/7 medical monitoring.
  • Gizmo Gadget is an easy-to-use smartwatch designed for seniors. This device helps seniors stay connected and puts family members’ minds at ease.  Caregivers can add up to 10 trusted contacts as well as manage useful things like medication reminders and location alerts with GPS.

Respite Care:  Respite care provides temporary relief for a primary Caregiver, enabling them to take a much-needed break from the demands of Caregiving.
